  • What is a "No Cost 15 Minute Phone Consultation?"

    Therapists will typically have a quick phone conversation with a prospective client/patient to understand their needs and assess whether we have the tools or not to help the client/patient. This helps both parties move forward with a formal appointment or the therapist can suggest client/patient to reach out to another professional.

  • Do you take insurance?

    Yes, try the link below to see the different insurances that I am currently taking. Cash pay is also accepted through means of electronic transfer apps.

  • What is your availability?

    My schedule is currently open for mornings, afternoons, and some evenings. Please feel free to reach out for a no cost 15 minute phone consultation. We can then move towards scheduling after that initial call.

  • Are you seeing children client/patient?

    At the moment, I am not seeing children under the age of 15. 15 years of age and up would be taken at a case by case basis.

  • Does it have to be in person?

    There is no pressure to meet in person. Online sessions are always an option.

  • How long are sessions?

    Typically 45-50 minutes.
